RV INFORMATION: Trailer/RV PadsDescription: For use of the RV trailer pad, each volunteer is required to work a minimum of 32 hours per week. Access to on-site laundry facility will be provided.

Volunteer Activities• Tour Guide/Interpretation • General Assistance Photo Courtesy of NPS DescriptionFrom its roots as a civilian air field, to its history as the site of a World War One Spruce Mill and its transformation into an important Army Air Corps field, Pearson Air Museum is a place-based history museum that interprets the golden age of aviation at Pearson Field. Volunteers will inform visitors about park facilities and activities, and will distribute mission-related materials, such as Junior Ranger activity booklets/badges. They will also assist with opening and closing the facilities, and will operate radios and basic audiovisual equipment. There may be opportunities to perform duties outside of these descriptions, such as roving interpretation. These are three- to five-month positions, and for use of the RV trailer pad, each volunteer is required to work a minimum of 32 hours per week. Volunteers will be required to wear a National Park Service volunteer uniform and/or period costume. Duty hours will be 9 am to 5 pm (summer) and 9 am to 4 pm (winter).
