DESCRIPTION:
Seeking to fill 1 Camp Host position from March 1, 2023- October, 31 2023.
Volunteer is required to work a minimum of 21 hours per week. Volunteer will serve as the Campground volunteer host. Volunteer will be provided a campsite with 50/30 amp electric, water, and sewer hook-ups free of charge in exchange for work performed.
The volunteer park host will be responsible for assisting customers by answering questions, taking complaints, checking visitors in and out, and submitting refund requests on behalf of visitors within the designated area assigned to the volunteer. From 1 March through 31 October, the volunteer park hosts will be responsible for manning the gatehouse Tuesday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Good communication skills are necessary. Volunteers must provide their own transportation to and from the work site and be at least 18 years old.
