This park presents the total cradle-to-grave story and accomplishments of our 36th president. The Johnson City district focuses on Lyndon Johnson’s forebearers and his boyhood in and around Johnson City. The park is headquartered in Johnson City, approximately 50 miles west of Austin, Texas, and 65 miles north of San Antonio, Texas.
