DESCRIPTION:
Seeking to fill 2 Welcome Center Host positions from 15 February 2023- 01 May 2023.
Be familiar with the water safety program and recreation opportunities along the Okeechobee Waterway. Forward inquiries from the public to proper US Army Corps of Engineers personnel within South Florida Operations. Be familiar with America the Beautiful Passes. Ensure all visitors are greeted in a professional manner while representing the face of the US Army Corps of Engineers. Assist Rangers in water safety outreach initiatives in surrounding community.
Welcome visitors and provide information about the area and the project recreational opportunities.
