Retreat Center Cook
We are seeking a Cook for a Christian retreat center. Position is seasonal (part-time in May; full-time June-August). The cook provides the efficient delivery of quality meals in both buffet and cafeteria serving styles. Cook will work under the direction of kitchen manager but must also be able to coordinate staff and volunteers. Applicants must be skilled in food service practices. Serv-Safe certification desired but not required. Must maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Our retreat center serves groups from 15-250+.
Requirements:
Must have the ability to work standing for 8-12 hours a day.
Must be able to lift 40+ pounds.
