Job Description
Live and work / volunteer with views of the Gulf. We have one RV site available in exchange for a commitment of 12-14 volunteer hours per week. This is not a Campground Host position.
The position requires working outside in a variety of weather conditions. This may include climbing the lighthouse tower, standing, bending, twisting, carrying, raking and lifting. Our park includes a Lighthouse tower, Keeper’s House, and Pirate Ship.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Facilities maintenance projects; painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, janitorial tasks
Mowing, yard and garden maintenance
Lighthouse tower – sweep and clean steps from top to bottom
Sweep and clean Pirate Ship and Keeper’s House porch, walkways
Welcome visitors and assist with special event
