Training and work for this position in the summer months is at Arizona Oasis RV resort (near Blythe, CA). During the fall, winter and spring, this position is full time in Ocotillo Wells, CA (an off-roader’s heaven!).
This is a full-time, year-round position. Compensation for this role is hourly based upon experience. RV space rent is comped (metered electric is the only charge).
3 years+ maintenance lead experience.
Working knowledge of landscape maintenance: grass, desert trees/shrubs, streets and ponds.
Working knowledge of facilities maintenance: buildings, pools, and spas.
Working knowledge of utilities: electric, water and sewer/septic system.
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems is a plus
