Customer Support & Order Processing Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused team member to assist with customer support, order processing, account setup, and end-of-day billing. This is a full-time office position offering regular business hours and weekends off in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Job Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls
Manage voicemail and email communications
Provide exceptional customer service and product support
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Assist with order fulfillment and account setup
Learn product lines and recommend products based on customer needs
Maintain organized records, notes, and task management
Support additional office and customer service tasks as needed
Qualifications
Positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks
Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
Professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
