Job Description
We are located 5 miles from downtown Wisconsin Dells right on the Wisconsin River. Visit our website (clickable link below) for more resort info. Season runs roughly April-October (begin and end dates flexible through season) We have a couple positions available:
Office/Front Desk- Office staff checks in guests, takes reservations, books rentals, makes check in packets, enters reservations in our booking system, takes payments, in charge of office sales, and runs our small snack bar. Office staff must have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, work well in a team, ability to self manage, have computer skills, and money management skills.
Cooks- looking for a chef for our bar & Restuarant. Menu is organized and cooking instructions for each item available. You have the ability to make and put on your own specials and manage your own kitchen. Great support staff already in place. Must be able to run a clean and safe kitchen, know food safety protocol, be able to self manage and manage your kitchen staff, work well as a team, and positive attitude.
Maintenance/Grounds keeping- pumping, mowing, weed eating, etc. Other duties may include: resort upkeep, building, equipment maintenance/repair, work order requests by guests, electric/hvac/plumbing/carpentry certifications and/or expertise is a plus but not needed for all positions. Must work well with others as a team.
Bartenders- service with a smile, make drinks proficiently, food service, keep clean workspace, inventory. Must work well with others as a team, excellent customer service, quick/efficient service, experience with a pos register system appreciated (Aloha)
