Job Description

Our resort is looking for individuals who have an administrative background. Our resort is open year-round, so we will accept short-term (no less than three months) and long-term camp work. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, friendly and welcoming personality, proficient with MS Office computer software. Hours would vary and include weekends. The Duties of the Staff are split between two on-site Workers. The schedule would be a rotation of one week on duty and one week off.  We provide FHU, Wi-Fi, electricity and water, and use of the amenities. The resort is located in a rural area on Lake Greenwood, in Cross Hill, South Carolina. Our resort only allows Class A Motor Coaches. Garbage Collection

1.       DAILY: Pick up trash at curbs and lakefront lot by 11:00 am.

2.       AS NEEDED: Empty trash receptacles at the clubhouse, office, and pool area.

3.       AS NEEDED: Empty dog station receptacles and restock dog station bags.

4.       AS NEEDED: Pick up refuse along Cane Creek Camp Road from the boat storage lot to the lakefront lot.

Clubhouse Cleaning & Maintenance

The clubhouse includes lounge rooms, inside and outside kitchens, inside and outside bathrooms, an outside shower, and a laundry room.

1.       DAILY: Comply with Covid-19 SC DHEC reopening guidelines.

·         Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces throughout the clubhouse and laundry room.

·         Clean and disinfect all restrooms and shower room surfaces.

·         Wear gloves when cleaning and dispose of them when done.

2.       DAILY: Keep furnishings laid out in an orderly fashion.

3.       TWICE WEEKLY or AS NEEDED: Vacuum, sweep, and mop all interior floors including outside bathrooms, shower, and laundry room.

4.       WEEKLY: Wipe down the outside kitchen area to remove dust.

5.       AS NEEDED: Stock bathrooms, kitchen areas, and Covid-19 station with supplies.

6.       AS NEEDED: Clean glass in doors and windows to remove fingerprints.

7.       AS NEEDED: Remove cobwebs from roof overhangs, outside patio areas, and entry porch.

8.       AS NEEDED: Blow off the pool deck, patio loungers, clubhouse porch, and sidewalks.

9.       AS NEEDED: Report all issues, repair needs, missing items, and all renter or owner concerns.

Pool and Spa

1.       DAILY: Clean pool (in season) and spa.

2.       DAILY: Check and maintain the balance of chemicals in the pool (in season) and spa and fill out the daily log.

3.       DAILY: Check the temperature of the spa, which should maintain at 100 degrees; report if it needs attention.

Reservations and Check-ins

1.       Answer the phone Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Take and manage reservations, answer general questions, and direct all other inquiries to the appropriate person.

2.       Meet incoming guests and guide them to the appropriate lot, during daylight hours only.

3.       Maintain appropriate personal appearance while on duty.

4.       Blow-off site before renter’s arrival
