JOB DESCRIPTION:
Looking for dedicated volunteers to assist in daily operations of day use park nestled in the beautiful Green Mountains of Southern Vermont. Main duties of the volunteers will be to open and close day use park entrance gates in coordination with park hours and Park Ranger availability. Schedule will be coordinated with volunteer and Project Manager upon selection, minimum of two days off during the week should be expected. Volunteers may also be required to convey park rules and regulations, provide directions to picnic shelters, trails, etc., perform light maintenance, trail work, track visitation, as well as maintain clear and constant communication with Park Rangers when reporting violations or critical needs.
Volunteers willing to sign on for at least 2 months will receive a full hook-up site of water, sewer and 30amp service, they must provide their own camper.
