Job Posting Standards

We strive to deliver an excellent job seeker experience and are committed to standards that support work campers. Jobs that do not meet our standards may be subject to review and require additional information from the hiring company. Listings that prove misleading, compromise the job seeker experience or those which we are not convinced represent a “real” job may be removed from search results altogether. 

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may impact job visibility on the site:

  • Only Jobs: We do not post franchising opportunities, multi-level marketing opportunities, job seeker employment solicitation, expired jobs, and jobs that don’t represent a specific employer vacancy.
  • Accurate Information: We do not allow jobs with deceptive, generic, misleading, or missing job information.
  • Authorized representatives: We do not allow jobs from parties that are not authorized to post on behalf of the employer. Each job that appears in our search results should be posted by an authorized representative of the company seeking to fill a position. Third parties recruiting on behalf of an employer should be clearly identified so that they don’t misrepresent their relationship to the job seeker.
  • No Fees / Cost: Job seekers should be provided with job opportunities at no cost. Fees or required training coming at a cost to job seekers may indicate predatory employment practices.
  • Appropriate Job Title and Description: We value jobs with titles and descriptions that are detailed, accurate, and well-formatted. Leave clickbait and extraneous job details out of titles. Job descriptions should primarily provide details about the role.
  • No offensive content: Job posts should never include offensive content such as content that’s explicit in nature, lewd, sexual, or derogatory. Jobs, content, and messages violate this guideline if they’re offensive and expose job seekers or employers to content that’s vulgar or illicit.
  • Discrimination is strictly prohibited on KamperJobs.com: Job seekers should be evaluated based on their skills and experience rather than factors that do not affect their ability to successfully perform the functions of the job they’re applying to.

Please note: We may reject or remove any job and may disable any company’s account, for any or no reason. We cannot give every reason why a job or a company may be removed, and we always retain the right to remove any job, organic or sponsored, if we feel it is in our interest or our users’ interest.
