Looking for a work camper to answer phones, check in guests, minor cleaning (pick up trash, tree limbs that fall down), possibly help with weed and bug management, and possibly manage a small store in the future. The RV Park is just opening after many years of being closed, we are working on building systems to automate as much of the management as possible. We are also working to make sure our long-term campers follow the Park’s standards so the place stays looking nice and doesn’t attract the problems that can come with longer term guests (junk, noise, being territorial). We’re looking for an individual or couple willing to trade living expenses and possibly some additional cash depending on the work involved, to help create a quality RV Park, get occupancy up, and make sure the camper experience is top notch. We’re located in NW Louisiana, right outside of Minden, within 30 min of Shreveport. The location is very nice, it’s green and quiet with farms and trees all around. It’s very rural and private but still close to the city. We are working on creating and maintaining lots of cool amenities and things for campers to do.
