Lantern Oaks RV Resort in beautiful Fredericksburg, Texas, is seeking friendly, dependable Workampers to join our hospitality-focused team. Our adult-oriented resort provides a refined Texas Hill Country experience, with premium amenities, a heated pool and spa, pickleball courts, fitness facility, 24-hour laundry, pool bar and lounge, live entertainment bookings, and convenient access to Fredericksburg’s wineries, restaurants, festivals, shopping, and attractions. An outdoor pavilion opening in November 2026 will feature a salon, his and her saunas, four luxury bathrooms, outdoor kitchen and an event space for 100 guests. Workampers contribute 16 hours per week in exchange for an RV site with all utilities included, high-speed internet, free laundry, full access to resort amenities, 20% store credit, and an hourly wage of $15 an hour for hours worked beyond the 16-hour weekly commitment. Positions being sought are Front-Desk/Store attendants, Food & Beverage, Guest Services Representatives, Maintenance and Housekeeping Staff.
