Looking for a team of individuals during the fall, winter and spring, this position is part time in Ocotillo Wells, CA at Ocotillo RV Resort (an off-roader’s heaven!).
This is a part time, seasonal position. Compensation for this role is hourly based upon experience. RV space rent is included (metered electric is the only charge).
Requirements
3 years+ maintenance experience.Working knowledge of landscape maintenance: grass, desert trees/shrubs, streets and ponds.Working knowledge of facilities maintenance: buildings, pools, and spas.Working knowledge of utilities: electric, water and sewer/septic system. Experience with computerized maintenance management systems is a plus
