DESCRIPTION:
Looking for Volunteer to work the Front Entrance Station at Logger Campground on the Tahoe National Forest during Peak Season.
Front Entrance Station Volunteer will be responsible for greeting guests as they arrive while providing all the necessary documentation and information upon entrance. Volunteer will also be responsible for sale of empty campsites, merchandise, and wood, while also collecting extra vehicle fees. Position may also require performing host duties 2 days/week while primary hosts are on days off. Host duties include: cleaning and restocking bathrooms, posting reservation placards, scooping fire pits, raking fire breaks around fire pits and barbeques, picking up litter, performing compliance checks and helping guests as needed.
DUTIES
Checking in Campers, collecting payments and making change, selling merchandise, providing information, and generally assisting the public as they arrive at the Campground. Cover primary host days off.
