Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

The Meat Cutter is responsible for preparing all meat orders within the butcher shop for all locations on a daily basis, while additionally assisting the Head Butcher in supervision of the Butcher’s Assistant.

The “must haves” for this position include:
- 1 year Meat Fabrication experience
We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:
- Meat Fabrication certificates
- Knowledge of different kinds of meat, seafood, smoking ,brining techniques
- High volume meat fabrication
