Successful candidates for this full-time, year-round position will have impeccable integrity and excellent customer service skills; a friendly, outgoing personality; and be positive and motivated with good attention to detail. No smoking is permitted on the premises. We prefer couples with no young kids and drama free, pets ok.

Location: Four Seasons RV Park, Salida, CO (Elevation 7000’) – www.fourseasonsrvpark.com
Office: Experience with campground reservations (Campspot preferred), good computer skills, proficiency in sales, purchasing, and scheduling. Greeting existing and prospective guests, handling inquiries over the phone, internet and in-person, renting RV sites and cottages, completing extended-stay leases. Light housekeeping including cleaning the 4 cottages and laundromat/shower-house/bathrooms.
Maintenance: General knowledge and physical ability to perform carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, propane dispensing, landscaping with irrigation maintenance, equipment repair, and general day-to-day operations of the RV park.
Position starts April 2023.
Compensation: Salary & accommodations. We prefer you live in our nice 3bd/2ba manager residence on property (free RV storage) but a free FHU site (30/50 Amp, water, sewer, Wi-Fi) is also an option. Compensation depends on experience and performance. Review after 90 days. We also offer retention and production bonuses!
