Job Description
We are looking for an individual or a couple to move on-site of our Luxury RV & Boat Storage Facility in The Woodlands/Champion area of Houston. We can offer Full Hook Ups (free rent, hook ups & utilities) in exchange for simply keeping an eye on the property as this is an unmanned facility that is remotely managed by our AZ employees.
Our biggest need is someone simply being on property in the evenings & weekends. It is not a problem if someone has another job, especially if they work from their RV. This is a facility that currently only has individual enclosed garages. We are looking to expand this facility and add additional enclosed spaces for boats & RVs so there is the potential for more responsibility as we expand if the right person(s) are interested in more than just keeping an eye on the property. Occasionally we would ask this person(s) to show a vacant garage to a prospective tenant or meet a contractor on the property.
As this is a Caretaker Position, we will be doing a background check on the person(s) moving on-site. You MUST have a clean Criminal Record and NO Evictions. We are also looking for someone with a newer RV or very well maintained RV. We will need to see pictures of your RV.
