Coloma Resort, nestled in the heart of Coloma, is seeking a dedicated and friendly Camp Host to join our team. As a Camp Host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests by maintaining cleanliness, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the safety and security of the resort during night hours.
Responsibilities:
- Janitorial Duties:
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and shower facilities regularly.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of common areas within the resort.
- Pool Maintenance:
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the pool area.
- Monitor and regulate pool chemicals as needed.
- Night Security:
- Conduct nightly security rounds to ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Address and report any security concerns promptly.
- Guest Interaction:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Offer information and assistance to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Customer Service:
- Address guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide information about resort amenities, activities, and local attractions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in janitorial or hospitality roles preferred.
- Ability to live onsite in a personal trailer or tiny home.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of pool maintenance is a plus.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
