Job Description
Free long-term RV parking exchange for security. (North Bend, Oregon)
Located on the Pacific West Coast Surrounded by National Forest, State Parks, Beaches, Fishing, crabbing, clamming, lakes and the largest off road recreation area on the coast, Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, Siuslaw National Forest.

Near the beach off of Hauser Dunes Rd
RV camping near the beach and dunes for onsite security monitoring, light duties, a little customer service and grounds keeping at a storage yard. You will need a smartphone to monitor security system alerts and call the property manager or law enforcement if needed. Open the gate in the morning and close it at night. Not a lot of work, just “eyes on”. We don’t expect or want you to deal with confrontation or enforcement, just make the phone call. Additional maintenance work is paid hourly or by the job.
There are no hookups. You will need to take care of your own solar power/generator, water storage, and sewage disposal. Water and sewer dump is free nearby at Tugman State Park and others nearby.
A 8×10 storage unit is provided with a deposit.
You will need to have your own decent-looking RV in good operating condition. Please reply with photos of your RV that you intend to live in, phone number and a little resume about you and your qualifications. Please do not reply if you do not currently have an RV. People do.
