Job Description
Must have own RV. Free onsite living with full hook-ups. This is a seasonal position that starts in April and ends in October. Candidates must be 18+ and hold a valid driver license.
Site is 30amp, has full-hookups, no site fee, and can accommodate RVs up to 32′.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for one Workcamper with activities management experience highly preferred. Someone who works well both independently and as part of a team, can work on demand, has strong leadership skills, and is interested in providing exceptional guest services. Workampers will work from early April 2024 to late October 2024.
Note: The available site is reserved for an Activities Supervisor, but this position may also occasionally work in Housekeeping, Camp Host/Security, and Front Desk as business needs dictate.
**Workcampers are required to work a minimum of 40 hours a week
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Scheduling and planning for recreation activities
- Ensuring all items needed are on-hand for the scheduled activities
- Ensuring engagement among campers
- Ensuring team is up-to-date on what is planned for activities
- Making weekly activities fliers and emailing them to upcoming guests
- Facebook lives, videos, and event pictures posts
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to remain calm and friendly at all times
- Management experience highly preferred
- The ability to be on your feet, drive a golf cart, and move around freely with guests
- Ability to work positively with other campground employees and other staff members
- Support all company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
