Looking for Friendly, Outgoing Manager Couple for new, growing RV Park.
Park Description: 14 original sites with 20’x60′ concrete pads, 12 new sites with 70’X23′ concrete pads located on 15 acres. Every site has 30/50 amp hook-ups, water, sewer and wired internet. Total of 26 sites, 11 currently rented. Multi-Purpose room contains Office, Laundry, Rec Room, Gym and 3 shower rooms in a 2,100 sq ft building that is currently under construction.
Job Description: Answer phones, keep call log, book sites, read electric meters, prepare monthly invoicing, prepare monthly reports, maintain office files, general office duties. Mow and trim property, clean multi-purpose building as needed, clean sites after move-out, general property upkeep.
Compensation package includes free rent, free electric and $1,000 month salary for the manager couple.
