Night Auditor Position
Overview
The Night Auditor at Splash RV Resort plays a crucial role in overseeing resort operations after hours, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling late check-ins, and securing the facilities. This position requires attention to detail, excellent customer service, and night time availability.
Responsibilities
Guest Services: Manage late check-ins, provide information to guests, and address any after-hours inquiries or concerns.
Safety and Security: Conduct security checks around the resort, ensuring that all common areas are secure and reporting any unusual activities.
Emergency Response: Act as the primary point of contact in emergencies, following safety protocols to ensure guest and resort security.
Qualifications
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or RV Resort roles is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently overnight.
Proficient with computers and resort management software or willingness to learn.
Additional Information
This is an overnight position that requires a high level of reliability and self-motivation. The Night Auditor is expected to uphold the resort’s standards of guest service and safety at all times, acting as an ambassador for Splash RV Resort during non-standard hours.
