Property Manager needed for Crystal Cove Marina in Palatka, Florida.
If you are people oriented, love boats, being outdoors and can do light maintenance, work this could be a great job for you. We are now hiring for this full time position.
Our marina sits on the beautiful St. Johns River with 47 boat slips,12 RV sites and 32 storage units. A seafood restaurant and tiki bar overlooks the river which is run by a separate company.
Duties to include:
Day to day duties to ensure operation is being run smoothly and profitably
Daily walking docks checking for loose lines, etc.
Pumping gas
Collecting monthly rent
Ordering fuel when needed
Interacting with guests
Answering phone calls
Poontoon rentals
Keeping boat slips/rv/storage with a 100% occupancy goal
Light maintenance – plumbing, electrical, landscaping
