We’re currently hiring for the following positions:

Office Staff (2 Positions):

• Provide exceptional guest services, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
• Handle phone inquiries, email correspondence, and general administrative tasks.
• Offer friendly and helpful information to guests, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records and handle cash transactions.
• Assist with general office organization and tasks.

Housekeeping Staff (3 Positions):

• Maintain immaculate cleanliness and presentation of cabins, restrooms, and other resort facilities.
• Perform thorough cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.
• Ensure guest accommodations are prepared to the highest standard.
• Manage linen and supply inventory.
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.

Maintenance Staff (4 Positions):

• Perform general maintenance and groundskeeping tasks, including landscaping and minor repairs.
• Assist with the upkeep and maintenance of resort facilities and equipment.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
