Job Description
Responsibilities
*Greet and welcome all guests approaching the front desk in accordance with KOA standards
*Resolve guest concerns and complaints in a thoughtful manner while maintaining campground standards
*Answer inquiries from guests regarding campground amenities and local attractions
*Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow associates and other departments within the campground and utilize proper two way radio etiquette at all times
*Oversee and ensure that all guests are checked in/out in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner
*Collect payments from guests checking in and in the store with accuracy
*Maintain high standards of professionalism, customer service, quality and cleanliness

The Maintenance Position:
*Perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing and maintenance/repair of campground buildings, facilities, equipment, vehicles and grounds as directed by the maintenance supervisor or general manager
*Approach all encounters with guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner
*Prioritize tasks based upon importance and urgency with conscious planning and thoughtful decision making

Compensation/Benefits
Paid for all hours worked at a rate of $15.16 per hour, paid bi-weekly
25-30 Hours per week
Full hook up site 30/50 amp is provided for $150.00 a month per couple

Job Description
Steamboat Springs KOA Holiday in Steamboat Springs, CO, Due to a cancellation we have openings for a team, Maintenance and Front Desk for the summer season . Come experience all Steamboat Springs has to offer from rafting on the Yampa River to relaxing at Strawberry Hot Springs Park, fishing, hiking, rodeos, hot air balloons and all the wonders of the west. We are a year round park and there would be opportunities to stay through the winter.
The Guest Service Representative is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay. They will accommodate campground guests by registering, issuing keys, keeping proper record of occupied sites, making and confirming reservations and collecting payments. The Guest Service Representative will help maintain a clean, well-stocked and organized store. Must be able to stand, lift, stoop, bend and work in a fast paced environment.
The Maintenance Position:
Maintenance provides excellent and friendly guest service by being attentive, responsive and helpful to all guests needs. Work will include but not limited to: pools, lawn mowing, weed eating, landscaping and cleaning of buildings, propane pumping, and cleaning of fire pits. Comply with all federal and state safety programs. Knowledge in the operation and storage of various equipment, tools, and chemicals, ensuring your safety as well as that of fellow staff and campground guests. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, bend and kneel for long periods of time. Basic knowledge of pool operations is helpful, as well as basic knowledge of propane dispensing, some knowledge of electrical, Plumbing and Carpentry. Valid drivers license is required.
