General Manager

Season: April 15 – October 31, 2027
Pay: $800/week + housing or full-hookup RV site

We are looking for a hands-on General Manager to oversee a small resort near Voyageurs National Park featuring 12 cabins, 28 seasonal campsites, and a boat rental program.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily resort operations and guest experience.

Manage a small staff including a maintenance/boat tech and housekeeper

Handle guest communication, check-ins, and customer service

Oversee cabin, campground, grounds, dock, and boat operations
Perform and coordinate general maintenance and repairs

Help prepare the resort for opening and closing each season

Communicate with ownership regarding operations and maintenance

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with people. A background in property maintenance, hospitality, or management is preferred.

Outboard motor, boating, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or small-engine experience is a major plus.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the outdoors, working with guests, and being part of a hands-on resort operation in beautiful Northern Minnesota.
