BE A CAMPGROUND HOST
- Stay in a campsite at the campground and volunteer a few hours a day.
- Greet and assist campers with information about the park and facilities.
- Assist in daily campground operations and set an example by being a model camper.
- Clean campsites, bathrooms and facilities and assist with light maintenance.
- Dispense park information and assist with campground programs.
- Enjoy the company of other campers and make sure that they enjoy their stay.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Ancient lava flows, deep gorges and spectacular waterfalls make Copper Falls one of Wisconsin’s most scenic parks. Log buildings built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s add to the park’s charm. There is plenty to do; hiking, bicycling, picnicking, fishing and swimming. The North Country National Scenic Trail passes through Copper Falls State Park.
Campground host available dates:
Two campground hosts are needed for the 2021 camping season. Available dates are May 15 – Oct. 15, 2021.
Volunteers are also needed to help with staining and painting the Doughboy’s Trail.
