The RV Park Attendant / Front Desk Attendant is responsible for providing a “warm” welcome to all guests entering the campground, in addition to providing courteous and efficient service to all guests checking-in or checking-out. Front Desk Attendant are additionally responsible for cleaning public areas of the campground, including bathrooms, as needed.
The “must haves” for this position include:
Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English
Basic math and accounting skills
Strong communication skills
Excellent people skills
Comfortable with long periods of physical labor
Ability to perform well under pressure
We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:
Valid US Driver’s License
Previous Hotel Experience
Experience working with Property Management Systems
2+ years of college level education
Knowledge of camping including RVs
