Job Description
We are looking for a camp host for our second season in 2021 (March-November), who will build on our reputation for excellent customer service. You will be responsible for managing 20 RV sites, several tent sites, and a 4-bedroom cabin. Tasks will include the front desk, phone reservations, cleaning restrooms, helping guests who are having difficulty with their sites or equipment, concierge to local activities, and basic grounds maintenance. Cabin housekeeping is not included.
Our preferred candidates will have excellent knowledge and experience with RVs, experience in camp hosting or in a related field (hospitality, national parks, etc.), a friendly personality who wants to help people, and self-motivated to make our park better. Handyman or gardening skills are a valuable option, as is sufficient regional knowledge to guide guests or conduct evening programs.
Part time in Spring and Fall, full time Memorial Day to Labor Day. Paid time will include both scheduled hours and being on-call during off hours. Must live on site with your own RV (free full hookup site provided).
