Job Description
Jackson Wellsprings mineral hot springs and campground is seeking a long-term, hands-on, self-motivated individual to join our frontline team in welcoming camping, RV, and glamping customers to the property. We hope to identify an individual or couple who is willing to live in the campground in their own RV or motorhome. WellSprings is calling in a people person(s) who is(are) inspired by health & healing and excited to meet, greet, and introduce a diverse population of travelers to the sacred land and waters of the WellSprings. Applicants must demonstrate the skills of patience and direct communication, and be capable of identifying where guests are along their journey in life and of setting limits with regards to campers’ following rules and regulations and following campground etiquette. Candidates should feel comfortable working independently and possess high adaptability and quick problem-solving skill sets. We are calling in individuals with the willingness and stamina to achieve personal goals in the arena of Wellsprings’ larger vision of customer service in a retreat and community center environment.
Tasks and Qualifications:
- Greet customers in a welcoming, personable and caring manner;
- Exhibit composure and clear communication when interacting with customers and staff;
- Answer questions pertaining to the healing waters, property/grounds, and events;
- Demonstrate fluency with regards to WellSpring rules, regulations and policies;
- Demonstrate the ability to use an ipad for making and tracking on-line reservations;
- Demonstrate proficiency and accountability when collecting money and taking payments by credit card, Venmo, and PayPal;
- Enjoy taking walks and making rounds in an observant manner, with attention to detail, picking up trash, and exemplifying park rules and regulations;
- Practice patience;
- Identify where people are along their life’s journey and identifying people who are ready to move on their way;
- Demonstrate clear boundaries and communication skills while setting limits;
- Demonstrate computer adeptness and fluency;
- Follow COVID-19 protocols;
- Ensure that guests are following COVID-19 protocols and park rules and regulations;
- Demonstrate clear boundaries and communication skills while setting limits.
- Fair and objective, with regards to decision-making;
- RV or motorhome owner;
- Committed to working at the WellSprings for a minimum of one season.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 – $14.00 per hour
