Industry-leading resort in beautiful Salem, Oregon seeking a dynamic guest-oriented, hospitality-driven couple/team to manage our 10-10-10 property, offering approx. 200 sites to a large, loyal customer base, comprised of both monthly and overnight guests. We also have banquet facilities, rental yurts and tent sites.
You are a friendly, enthusiastic office manager who has experience with computerized reservation systems, planning events and excellent customer service skills. (Astra knowledge preferred, but willing to train the right person.) Your partner has worked with irrigation systems and has all-around skills in landscape and maintenance (including pool/spa), as well as the ability to oversee approximately 12 Workampers. You both enjoy interacting with the public and have a passion for the hospitality industry. Your ability to hire and develop effective teams and genuine enthusiasm for our guests and the hospitality industry are our top priorities.
To complement your several years of experience managing a large, upscale RV resort, we offer an experienced, supportive leadership team to help guide you as necessary. We also offer competitive salary based on successful relevant experience starting at $3100/mo per person, and FHU site/utilities or onsite 1 bed apartment, medical/dental insurance, paid vacation, and an incentive program. These are full-time, year-round, hands-on positions that require working directly with guests as well as managing staff. We are an equal opportunity employer.
