Job Description
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a Trainer to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park. Trainers are critical to our success as you work to train and support our associates in delivering the best guest service possible. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for the outdoors, and is experienced in delivering high quality guest service. We have dorm-style housing and RV Sites available. We also offer an employee meal program, store discounts, and recreational activities for our associates.
Responsibilities
- Learn all training modules in order to effectively train incoming associates.
- Lead training sessions for all associates, be able to recognize when additional support and training is required, and able to adapt your training style to help the associate better understand.
- Assist in train-the-trainer for store supervisory team members for on-site module completion.
- Track the completion of trainings and provide updates to our compliance team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience with training, supporting, and leading teams preferred.
