Job Description
WA State Dept. of Natural Resources is Looking for Volunteer Campground Hosts in the beautiful Northeast Washington State from Spokane to the Canadian Border. Campground Host sites are at Dragoon Creek Campground, Douglas Falls Grange Park, Starvation Lake Campground, and Sherry Creek ORV Campground. Length of stay is negotiable but campgrounds are open from spring to fall.
Positions are volunteer. Host sites have full hookups and most have cell receptions or booster. Duties are light such as restocking toilet paper in outhouses, sweeping out outhouse, registering campers by writing down information while walking or driving through campground. Campground have no charge for overnight campers but all recreationalists must have a discover pass which the recreation warden checks.
