Maintenance crew member

Assist with  mowing, edging, and general area clean up of volunteer village and Murrell Park areas as well as other areas as needed. Works closely with park rangers, maintenance staff, and other volunteers to assure safety in facilities for camping and recreation visitors, reporting issues as they are found. Some special work project require close coordination with all staff to assure safety and timely project completion. Some work items may include using chain saws for fallen trees, zero turn mowers and at times a project tractor. After flooding events major clean up of areas after floods subside will require additional safety and equipment to be able to clean up the areas and have ready for the public to start using again.
