Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week

Position Overview

Americas Mailbox is seeking a dependable, observant, and responsible Full-Time Workamper to assist with facility maintenance and grounds security at our Box Elder campground.

This is a live-on-site position. The selected applicant must live on the property in their own RV or 5th wheel for the duration of the assignment.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced RV traveler who enjoys working independently, maintaining the property, providing a visible presence, and helping create a safe and welcoming environment for employees, hotel guests, visitors, and on-site campers.

The selected Workamper will provide approximately 40 hours of service per week in exchange for an RV space and monetary compensation. Applicants interested in either a short-term stay or a longer-term arrangement are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Groundskeeping, including landscaping, upkeep, watering, weeding, debris removal, and other groundskeeping-related tasks.
• Security, including walking the campground and facility on a scheduled basis.

Qualifications:

• Dependable, responsible, observant, and able to exercise sound judgment.
• Comfortable working independently and following an established work and security schedule.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must remain calm and professional at all times.
• Must be able to identify safety issues.
• Willing and able to live on-site in a personal RV or 5th wheel.
• Physically able to walk the property and perform outdoor work in changing weather conditions.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to complete any required background screening.
