Job Description
Looking for working single person with the front office, customer service and at times housekeeping at Black Hills Trailside Park Resort.
We are a campground with 44 FHU RV sites and 9 cabins. We are located next to Hill City. Have the Mickelson Trail running through the campground. Easy access/5 minute walking distance to the amenities of Hill City.
Assist in front office with answering phones, making online reservations, and replying to emails. We use CampSpot reservation system. Knowing the program would be a plus, will train if needed.
Since we are a small campground, so flexibility in work and duties as assigned is required.
We bring in a couple of foreign guests to handle most of the housekeeping during the summer. There are times that this position will be required to clean cabins and or bathrooms. Housekeeping will be more of a need in September after the guest workers leave.
-Welcome guests, addressing issues with respect in a timely manner
-We do have E bikes on site for rental, to ride on the Mickelson Trail. Must be able to explain the basics of e-bike to clients. Will train.
-Qualified candidates should be energetic, flexible, self-starters who enjoy staying active and working in the hospitality industry.
-Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
– RV site with full hookups, WIFI, and fire ring
