Grounds & Maintenance Work Camper (Seasonal)

I am looking to hire a SEASONAL Grounds/Maintenance Workcamper for 20 hours per week for 3-4 months.

Some general duties include:

Mowing
Weedeating
Trimming trees
Maintain swimming pool
Fix water lines or sewer lines as needed
Replace light bulbs
Change leaky faucets
Swap electric plugs
Put out ant killer
Paint & stain

I am offering:
