Job Description
we are in the most beautiful area of maryville tennessee on the world famous “tail of the dragon”. we have almost 20 acres of RVs,cabins ,160 foot long deck for sitting and eating and food truck area . about 34 rv spots all run along the 4 mile river. 16 cabins. we are less than 1 mile from the chilhowee dam, clear crystal water with boat ramps, fishing, etc.
we need a responsible couple or individual to basically live in the resort and be the eyes and ears of it , and to direct anyone that comes in while manager is not available ,as the gate is open 24 hrs . and to answer any questions that some of the visitors may have , and escort any rv’s into their designated spots, prefer someone that has a existing income, and wants to just enjoy the environment and is friendly to people . we can offer a small weekly income depending on responsibilities.
rv pad is included and utilities possible after we agree and chat. the most important area is friendliness towards people who are in the resort and directing them. we are open may 1 until nov 1 and close for the winter, however we welcome you for the winter to stay . lets arrange a chat on the phone once we email each other . skills are not as important as human interaction on a very friendly level. plumbing always helps thou. and light electrical but not required.
