Job Description
Hinsdale County is looking for a Campground Host for the 2026 summer season at Wupperman Campground!
This is a contracted seasonal position, running from May 15 until October 1, which includes a free campsite and generator fuel. Pay is $250 per week. Applicants must have their own RV to live in. Previous host experience is preferred, and a couple would be ideal over a single individual. Hosts must be onsite morning and early evening daily, collect campsite fees, keep records using a spreadsheet, interact with customers and resolve disputes if needed. Restroom cleaning and stocking is required.
Hinsdale County is a remote mountain county in southwest Colorado. Much of the county is National Forest and wilderness areas. The only Town in the County is Lake City Colorado.
