JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Last Best Place in Montana is looking for you! Libby Dam is seeking Day-use area Hosts & Volunteers to staff the Libby Dam Visitor Center & Bookstore and do light maintenance and janitorial in our campgrounds and recreation areas. Volunteers typically work 24 hours per week -usually 2 ½ days on, with the rest of the week off -in exchange for a full-hookup campsite in our volunteer village. Typical duties include opening and closing gates, cleaning restrooms, cleaning picnic shelters, picking up garbage, and maintaining lifejacket loaner boards. Answering phones, talking to visitors, staffing information booths and visitor center information desk. Staffing bookstore. Educate and inform visitors. Assist with special events. Other duties as assigned.
