🏕️ Camp Host Team Wanted – Orchard RV Park | Littlefield, Arizona

Orchard RV Park is looking for a friendly, dependable two-person camp host team to start soon!

We are a quiet, well-kept 59-site RV park located in Scenic, Arizona, just outside of Mesquite, Nevada. We’re looking for a team who enjoys RV living, works well independently, and wants to be an active part of a friendly RV park community.

The Position
This position is for a two-person camp host team with their own RV. Responsibilities are generally divided between office/guest services and maintenance/grounds, although both hosts should be willing to help wherever needed.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Checking guests in and assisting with reservations
• Learning and using Campspot reservation software
• Answering and making phone calls in a friendly, professional manner
• Handling payments, cash, and basic daily cash reconciliation
• Assisting guests with questions and concerns
• Keeping an eye on the park and addressing issues as they arise
• Cleaning and maintaining common areas
• General groundskeeping and property upkeep
• Minor maintenance and repairs
• Keeping RV sites clean and ready for arriving guests
• Communicating guest or maintenance concerns to management
• Helping with and participating in park gatherings, holiday celebrations, and other group events

There is naturally downtime throughout the day between guest needs and daily responsibilities. We’re looking for hosts who are comfortable working independently, staying aware of what is happening around the park, and taking care of tasks as they arise.

Schedule and hours can be discussed to find an arrangement that works well for both the camp hosts and the park. Hours may vary somewhat depending on occupancy, season, events, and the needs of the park.

• Friendly and comfortable interacting with guests
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Comfortable answering and making phone calls
• Comfortable with computers and able to learn and use Campspot software
• Comfortable handling payments and cash accurately
• Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision
• Basic maintenance/handyman abilities
• Able to assist with groundskeeping and general property upkeep
• Observant and willing to take care of things that need attention
• Flexible when schedules or park needs change
• Willing to participate in holiday celebrations and park activities
• Takes pride in keeping the park clean, attractive, and welcoming

Previous RV park, campground, hospitality, customer service, maintenance, or property-management experience is a plus, but we’re most interested in finding the right team with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to be part of the Orchard community.
