2026–2027 CAMP HOST OPPORTUNITIES
Gilbert Ray Campground – Pima County
Season Dates: September 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027
Locations Available: 10 volunteer RV sites (up to 2 people per site)
ABOUT THE POSITION
Camp Hosts assist with day‑to‑day campground operations, greet and support visitors, help with the online reservation system, verify reservations, clean restrooms, report maintenance needs, and provide excellent customer service.
• 20 hours per week per site (hours shared if two volunteers).
• Evening availability required for occasional after‑hours camper inquiries.
• Outdoor work in varied weather conditions.
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors and perform basic physical tasks
• Comfort using an online reservation system
• Good communication and teamwork
• Camping/RV experience helpful but not required
