Come join us at beautiful Colleton State Park in Walterboro, South Carolina — a hidden gem just off I-95 along the scenic Edisto River.
We’re looking for enthusiastic RVers to join our park family as Volunteer Hosts! We currently have an opening from 9/1/2026 through 11/30/2026 for the Maintenance Host.
As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Meet and interact with visitors from all over
Assist with sanitation and general maintenance around the park
Work alongside our friendly park rangers on a variety of projects
In exchange for your service, you’ll receive:
A free campsite with full hook-ups
A golf cart to use while volunteering
The chance to live and work along the beautiful Edisto River
