Maintenance & Grounds Duties

The Maintenance & Grounds team member will help keep Sunset Point clean, safe, and well maintained. Responsibilities include:

Picking up fallen limbs, debris, litter, and trash throughout the property and along the roadway.
Cleaning and maintaining dumpster and trash collection areas.
Emptying park trash cans and dog waste stations and restocking waste bags.
Picking up pet waste as needed.
Clearing and maintaining kayak launch areas and cleaning kayaks.
Monitoring the property for visible maintenance or safety concerns and reporting larger issues to management.
Mowing grass and weed whacking throughout the property.
Blowing debris from roads, RV sites, pads, pavers, and the pickleball court.
Spraying, pulling, and otherwise controlling weeds throughout landscaped and common areas.
Maintaining bushes and landscaping as needed.
Cleaning and maintaining BBQ grills and outdoor common areas.
Performing basic upkeep of lawn equipment, including cleaning mower and weed whacker air filters.
Resetting meter or pedestal breakers when necessary.
Assisting with general property upkeep and other routine maintenance needs as assigned.
