Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.

Responsibilities:

Greet and direct customers
Provide accurate information
Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
Process reservations and check in guests
Ensure racks are fully stocked
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Located in the Gunnison valley on the western slope of Monarch Pass, Tomichi Creek is an outdoor paradise. The area is known for dirt biking, off-roading, fishing, mountain biking, hiking, hunting, snowmobiling and skiing. Our resort offers cabin rentals year-round. We also have a full-service gas station and convenience/gift store. We are currently looking for staff to start immediately with the opportunity to stay for the summer season. Pay is $16-$17/hour and we are looking for 25-35 hours per week. We have additional positions open for a couple. You can rent an RV site for $100/employee/month plus electricity. We offer two days off in a row every week, so you have time to explore the area. In addition, you will receive a store discount. This is a remote location in the Colorado Rocky Mountains.
