Seeking to fill 1 Park Host position from May 01, 2023 to September 30, 2023. Earlier dates may be possible.
Enjoy the Summer at Mud Mountain Dam Park, located in the beautiful Cascade Foothills, 7 miles East of Enumclaw, Washington, 30 miles from Mt. Rainier National Park. We are recruiting for a park host for our day-use area from May to September. We require a minimum of 25 hours per week per site. Duties include light grounds maintenance, janitorial work, painting, and assisting park staff with miscellaneous projects. A utility vehicle is provided. The host site has electrical, water and sewer hookups.
Duties for park hosts may include the following: cleaning grills, restrooms, and shelters, emptying trash cans, landscaping, lawn mowing, litter pickup, painting and trail maintenance. Volunteers may also act as the first line of contact with the public, providing information about Mud Mountain Dam and it’s programs, rules and regulations.
