Camp Host Job Description
Unique opportunity to work and live in one of the top 20 luxury RV resorts in the country. We offer our work campers a quiet lifestyle nestled on the peaceful shores of
Table Rock Lake. Work campers will work alongside resort employees to ensure guests and owners have a memorable experience.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES –
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
▪ Clean campsites by performing maintenance tasks such as blowing leaves o9ff the lot, cleaning out fire pits, picking up liter, and returning furniture to its proper spot. If the lot has a chain, ensure chain is placed back on lot. Any damage should be reported to the office. Each site must be cleaned after every guest checks out and before another guest checks in.
▪ Host must set an example by being a model camper practicing good housekeeping at all times in and around their assigned site and by observing all rules and regulations of the Resort.
▪ Grounds cleaning will involve clearing off garbage at individual campsite each morning from 9 AM to 11 AM.
▪ Assist with check-ins/check-outs of lots by escorting guests to their assigned lot number.
▪ Maintenance of the Resorts restrooms: clubhouse, bath house and office to include cleaning on a daily basis, check for supplies needed (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels and soap dispensers). Floors need to be cleaned daily. Ensure garbage is collected in each area on a daily basis.
▪ Maintenance of grounds plantings, bushes, and trees. Exterior of the following: office, pools, clubhouse, bath house, and waterfalls. This will include pulling of weeds, trimming of bushes, and shaping of trees.
▪ Other duties and projects may be assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
▪ Education: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
▪ Extensive physical activity required; regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
▪ Required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch and climb; talk to or hear owners, guests and employees.

▪ Use of Resort campsite and all utilities at no charge for the duration of the term of service.
▪ Issuance of a Resort golf cart for use in your duties.
▪ At least 32 hours of service time per week for a minimum of four (4) days to include weekends and holidays.
▪ Three (3) consecutive days off per week. Consecutive days off may change during holiday weekends to adapt to the need of Resort.
