On-Site Property Caretaker Needed – Black Creek Warehouses (Tyler, TX)
Black Creek Warehouses is seeking a responsible individual or couple to live on-site at our property in Tyler, TX. This is a Property Caretaker position offering free rent & utilities, (full hook-ups) in exchange for simply performing minimal tasks and keeping an eye on the property, part time ‘as needed’ during work hours (M-F). This job entails approximately 10-15/hrs per week (ie-2-3 hours/day).
About the Position:
Primary role: Be present on-site ‘as needed’ during work hours.
Ideal for someone who works remotely or has another job (on weekends/evening).
Unmanned facility, remotely managed by our staff.
Occasionally assist with minor tasks like showing vacant warehouse/storage space to prospective tenants or meeting contractors.
As we expand, additional responsibilities may be available if desired.
Requirements:
✅ Clean criminal record (background check required).
✅ No prior evictions.
✅ Must own a newer or well-maintained RV (photos required).
✅ Ability to start immediately.
